How rare is Raimyu?
Raimyu is Legendary and hatches at 1 in 143, or 0.7%, on the standard hatch table. Stormspire holds only one Legendary pet, so that whole chance belongs to Raimyu.

How to get Raimyu
Raimyu only hatches once Stormspire is open. The door asks for player level 60, 110B coins, 1 Paradox reset and Seraphyn beaten.
Raimyu hatches from the Stormspire egg, which costs 6B coins. The egg rolls a rarity from the standard table and hands you Stormspire's creature of that rarity, so Raimyu is what you get when the roll lands on Legendary. The Hatching guide walks through every roll an egg makes.
