Time Heroes is a free multiplayer pet-collecting RPG by Timelands that runs in a desktop web browser. You mine, hatch and evolve a collection of pets across ten worlds, then pool that progress into a player-run colony. It plays at timeheroes.app, with no download and no install.
Who makes Time Heroes, and is it the same as other games with that name?
Time Heroes is developed and published by Timelands, and the only place it is playable is timeheroes.app. Several unrelated games, films and apps share the name Time Heroes. This one is the Timelands browser game, so the safest way to name it in a headline is Time Heroes by Timelands.
Is Time Heroes free to play?
Yes. Time Heroes is free to play and no purchase is required. Optional purchases exist, but the design rule is that paid options compress time on things free players already grind rather than opening a separate power track.
Do I need to download or install Time Heroes?
No. Time Heroes runs entirely in a modern desktop or laptop browser with JavaScript and HTML5 enabled. There is no client, no installer and no app store version.
Can I play Time Heroes on my phone?
Not yet. Mobile play in Time Heroes is currently closed, so on a phone or tablet the game itself does not start. You can still create an account and join the waitlist from a phone, then play from a computer.
What platforms does Time Heroes run on?
Time Heroes runs on any operating system with a modern browser, including Windows, macOS and Linux, as long as you are on a desktop or laptop. The browser version is the whole game. A desktop wrapper application exists but is not currently offered for download, and there is no Steam, App Store or Play Store release.

The standard hatch ladder in Time Heroes has seven tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythical and Secret. Rarer tiers exist beyond that ladder, including Exclusive, Quantum, Prime and Apex.

How do I unlock a new world in Time Heroes?
Every Time Heroes world needs a player level, a coin cost and the previous world's boss beaten, and from World 6 a number of Paradox resets as well. World 2 needs level 20, 100,000 coins and the World 1 boss, which is where the navigation data comes from.
What is the maximum level in Time Heroes?
The maximum player level in Time Heroes is 250. The tenth and deepest world opens at level 100, so a long stretch of progression continues after the last world unlocks.
How does crafting work in Time Heroes?
Crafting in Time Heroes feeds several pets of one form into a machine to make one pet of the next form up. Success depends only on how many you feed in: 13 percent for one, 29 for two, 47 for three, 63 for four, 88 for five and 100 percent for six.
Does Time Heroes have PvP?
There is no player versus player combat and the Arena is closed at launch. There is one competitive mode against other players: the Proving Grounds, which opens at level 32. You and either a friend or a matched opponent pick a 5, 30 or 60 minute window and race to grow your net worth the most inside it. It is a growth race rather than a fight, and neither side can take anything the other owns. The combat you can play is solo: the 100 floor Tower, which opens at level 34, and the world bosses that gate each new world.
Can I trade, sell or gift items to other players in Time Heroes?
No. The marketplace, player to player trading and gifting are all closed in Time Heroes at launch. Nothing currently moves between two player accounts.
What currencies does Time Heroes use?
Time Heroes uses three currencies. Coins come from mining and buy eggs and world unlocks. Gems come from being present and feed research, colonies and permits. TimeStars are the premium currency and mainly buy speed-ups, cosmetics and timed gamepasses.
How many gems can I earn per day for free in Time Heroes?
The free away-from-keyboard faucet in Time Heroes pays 1 gem per minute for the first eight hours, then tapers to 0.25 and then 0.1, and stops at 648 gems for the day.
What is a colony in Time Heroes?
A colony in Time Heroes is a shared mothership that a group of players runs together. It unlocks at level 8, members donate gems and materials to it, and its four ranks are Leader, Manager, Moderator and Citizen.
What is the minimum age to play Time Heroes?
The minimum age for a Time Heroes account is 13, enforced when the account is created. Paid randomized items are restricted to players 18 and over.
Is Time Heroes available in every country?
No. Time Heroes is open in Türkiye and across most of the world, but at launch it is closed in the European Union and the rest of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Canada, Brazil and China. In a closed country the whole game is closed, not just part of it. Where the game is open, paid randomized items are limited to adults wherever local law requires it.
