Shadow Grove
Shadow Grove opens at level 70 for 550,000,000,000 coins and two Paradox resets, and an egg here costs 30,000,000,000 coins. Tungsten Ore enters here and dominates the table while cobalt drops back to a thin seam.
Shadow Essence is Celestial, a band above Mythical and outside the seven rarity tiers eggs use. By this depth the essence is no longer what you spend on the next door, because the doors ask for resets. It is raw material for the deep shuttle modules instead.

A quieter world than the one before it
Where Stormspire is one loud electric family, Shadow Grove is a dead forest under moonlight, and its roster is named for it: Vantyr, Nyxie, Lunette, Corvyn, Umbrix, Sylvane and Nihilarch. Mechanically it is the calmest stretch of the late ladder, one new ore and no new rule.
Umbryx
Umbryx holds the exit at level 80 on a 90 second timer and pays 300 Shadow Essence and six loot boxes. Boss essence rewards climb by exactly 25 per world all the way from Elderoot, so nothing about the fight is arbitrary.
The ore handover, in one place
Tungsten arrives at exactly the share cobalt held one world earlier, and cobalt falls to exactly the share platinum held before it. Every deep world runs this two ore pattern: one metal arriving at full strength, one fading out. Knowing which world a metal peaks in is most of what late game mining is, because nothing down here drops everywhere.
