Molten Depths is the fuel world. Its ore table is the shortest in the game alongside Forest Realm: four ores and an essence. An egg here costs 1,000,000 coins.
Coal and crude oil both reach their highest rate in the game here, and refined fuel comes out of both, so when the shuttle tank runs dry the answer is a run to this world.

The one flat step on the essence ladder
Flame Essence sits in the Rare band, the same band as the essence one world earlier. This is the only place the world essence ladder does not climb, and it is not an oversight. A world's essence band follows the rarest material that world introduces, and this world introduces none: everything in its rocks was already dropping somewhere behind it.
Blazey and Magmorok sit at opposite ends of a roster built entirely around heat.
Infernius
The door in asks for level 30, 10,000,000 coins and Sporeveil beaten.
Infernius holds the door out at level 40, inside a 90 second window, and pays 1 Coin Bag 3 and 5 Loot Box 4. The world behind him is the first one with a premium ore in it, so this fight opens a harder kind of mining.
