By accessing or playing Time Heroes, registering for a Timelands ID, or using any of our related websites or services (collectively the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Services. These Terms govern the relationship between you and "Timelands" (the developers and publishers of Time Heroes).
Time Heroes is an online, multiplayer idle pet-collecting Role-Playing Game (RPG). Our Services provide a virtual environment where you can collect digital pets, manage colonies, participate in game events, and interact with other players. As the game is continuously evolving, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services, including game balance, features, or databases, at any time without prior notice.
To fully experience Time Heroes, you must create a Timelands ID or authenticate using a designated third-party service (e.g., Google). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; selling, trading, or sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited and serves as grounds for immediate termination.

Time Heroes features virtual currencies (such as Gems and Coins) and virtual goods (such as Pets and Items). These virtual assets hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency outside the application. When you "purchase" or "earn" virtual goods, you are acquiring a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use those goods within the game. All transactions for premium currency are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly mandated by applicable law.
All content and materials associated with Time Heroes, including but not limited to artwork, graphics, software code, UI designs, lore, text, and audio, are the exclusive intellectual property of Timelands or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute our proprietary content without explicit written consent.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GAME WILL ALWAYS BE SECURE, BUG-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIMELANDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Time Heroes if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination for a violation, you will lose access to your account and any associated virtual items or progress, without the right to any refund or compensation.
As our game evolves, we may need to revise these Terms of Service. Changes will be posted on this page or communicated in-game. By continuing to play Time Heroes after the terms have been updated, you acknowledge and accept the revised terms.
